School Solutions International was founded by Russ Relic in December 2010, as a tutoring company for students. School Solutions International has evolved into a teacher training and consultancy organization for schools and teachers around the world. Russ is a teacher trainer and the Foreign Languages Coordinator of a private school in Adana, Turkey. Russ has a passion and love for teachers to succeed inside and outside of the classroom. Russ has developed and created training programs specifically designed for teachers and for entire schools.
In addition, Russ has successfully consulted and guided schools in preparation for their Cambridge International and IB inspections. Russ has a 6-Step Pathway to Accreditation for CAIE and IB.
